A fitness program for all levels
Bayanihan Boxing is a program focused on communal health and fitness through the sport of boxing. In this program, participants will learn the fundamentals of footwork, defense, and offense. With elements of community-building, mitt work, and conditioning, they will develop further by teaching others what they are learning.
Bayanihan Boxing emphasizes each participant's holistic well-being during these times. Our program is a great way to strengthen one's presence of mind, management of anxiety, and self-defense skills. We will awaken and sharpen your creativity, listening, observation, responsiveness, emotional awareness, speed, quickness, stamina, endurance, and power. We welcome participants of all levels, from beginners to competitors.
