Whether your goals are to exercise, learn a new skill, or be part of a community, we'll hold space for you. The centuries old battle tested system is primarily a bladed art. In this class you can expect to learn how to wield the single stick, the long range largo stick, open hand fighting called pangamot, and kicking called sikaran.
Classes are led by Gregory Manalo of the Visayan Style Corto Kaden Larga Mano system created by the late Maestro Sonny Umpad.
