Hot Hula Fitness with Lei Living Aloha

  • 967 Mission St. San Francisco, CA, 94103 (map)

Spend an afternoon on your physical health and mental well-being.

Are you looking for a fitness class that works the core muscles? Are you feeling overwhelmed from your day-to-day tasks and need to meditate more often? Are you coming from a place of gratitude even through the difficult times that may not go your way?

It will be a beautiful afternoon of fitness, health, and focused energy! You will be dancing away calories to a group fitness class with hot hula fitness, tuning in with meditative breathwork exercises, and your well-being will have you leaving feeling more at ease.

Instructor Leilani will start the class with a mindful meditation breathwork exercise to ground and be present. Then the class will jump right into learning the basics of hot hula fitness—warm-up/stretch, learn a choreographed routine to the drumbeats, dance to the music, and focus on legs/abs. The class will end with a cool down using visualization meditation technique exercise so you may go forth with your day in a peaceful state of calm and comfort.

You will leave the workshop with an attitude for gratitude, be inspired, motivated, energized, and recharged to start anew.

You must be at least 12 years old to take hot hula fitness.

It's important to know your limits and I will provide modifications if needed).
